Presidential Nomination Appointments

Just a quick question.

I heard a rumor that offers of admissions to candidates under the Presidential Nomination category for the class of 2017 have yet to be made. Can someone either confirm or deny that, and if it's not true, does anyone know when those offers will be made? Thanks.

I recieved my BFE on Saturday (3/2/13) and I had a Presidential Nomination. I'm not sure if they have sent all of them but the process has begun.
 
I received BFE last Saturday and assumed that mine was a presidential nomination. I was second alternate for the congressional slot. My acceptance letter did not state how I got in.
 
All I have is a Presedential, still waiting to hear back.
