Qualified for all?

I received a piece of mail from DODMERB the other day saying I was qualified for both the Merchant Marine Academy and West Point; my question is if I qualified for those two does that mean I will prety much qualify for NROTC? Do all Academies/ROTC use the same criteria on whether I'm qualified or not medically throught DODMERB?
