seconded.

I've heard that Mess Hall food is better during CBT than Academic year due to the fewer number for people they have to serve. Can anyone confirm this?

On top of what freedomtruck said is there like an all around favorite food for the corp of cadets, you know like pizza in elementary school.

This is general belief.

chicken crispitos are disgusting. Chicken pot pie on the other hand...

i was a fan of the crispitos when i went on my overnight, and it seemed like everyone else was pretty excited too

I hope the crispitos are better then the ones they serve at my school. :yikes: do they ever serve lamb? My girlfriend is supposed to make me some this summer and I've never had it I want something to compare it to .

Gyro Wednesdays...which is tomorrow!

Gyros always do it for me. And the spicy chicken patty. But the gyro is definitely my favorite.

Wait...gyros every Wednesday?

Gyros are soo good

Gyro Wednesday is roughly every 3rd Wednesday. The meals cycle through about every 3 weeks and are almost always served on the same day of the week. The other Wednesday meals this semester are chicken pot pie and pesto chicken pasta.

When I was there for a visit I'm pretty sure they served the spicy chicken patty...sooo good!

Judging from the food I've had at West Point and the meals cadets tell me about, the food doesn't sound bad at all. Some people really complain about the food but everything I had there was pretty good and in big quantity. Sounds good to me lol

Sorry, this is off the food topic, but
-What are the most desired majors at USMA?
-Does anyone know what they are or thinking about majoring in?
-How strictly/often do cadre's test you from the cadet handbook/Bugle Notes?
Thank you!

Its bad...trust me, its bad. But thats my opinion.

I had PB&J, tuna, tomato/vegetable soup, breakfast on a stick, granola, apples, cookies and carrots at West Point and thought all of it was good. Hopefully I think the rest of the food is good too lol

-Most desired? There are a lot of engineering majors. Languages seems to be popular, too.

- I am a law major

- some of your knowledge will be verbadum and some will be conceptual. During the academic year it's pretty much just the days, meals, and news
