Could anyone give me guidelines for how much information I need to provide DoDMERB for an AMI? Each request details the issue but provides no guidance for what type of information they are looking for?
* This is especially important as all 3 remedials are for issues I was never diagnosed with- only talked to a doctor about. To get the issue cleared up should I send an "all clear" message from the doctor as evidence?
2 of the 3 remedials have remained the same since I have sent (apparently my first round) information.
Additionally, if a remedial (R242.01) requests a particular test to be sent (athsma presence), does this mean I need to re-take or can I send a previous test indicating no athsma? If I do need to retake how do I go about scheduling this appointment?
