Receiving Supplemental Forms

Has anyone else had the problem that they have not received their online confirmation that their certified mailing of the supplemental forms was received even though it was sent 9 "business" days ago? I have checked the tracking number every day but nothing......

Now, I don't know if my supplemental forms (all recommendations sealed in envelopes as well as transcript, sealed in envelope + PFE Scoring form) has arrived or not. My lack list does not show it being received. I contacted our local post office yesterday morning and they were going to call the New London, CT post office and call me back, but alas, no word from anyone!

i would call the admissions office. I had the same problem with USMMA and I called and they confirmed that my mail had been received but they just did not update my profile.
 
This has happened to us twice! Son contacted his admission officer and the packet was received; however, usps.com has no record of it ever reaching New London! Call or email your admission officer...it is probably there!

About a week ago Admissions told me they were having difficulty with the lack list.
I can say, with all honesty, that the people working in Admissions will get you an answer if you phone them. They are all very professional and happy to assist the candidate.
 
Thanks for your advice. I called my AO today and he's going to look on Tuesday of next week to see if it's in the mail that is not yet opened.
