Remedial Requested but I'm not sure for what

I assume it is for my Still's heart murmur, however, it doesn't explicitly state what the remedial is for, it just says that my status as of now is "remedial requested". Will I get an email or an update soon expressing what exactly I need to do or should I call? Thanks.
 
Yes. It might take a week or so. My DS status changed to remedial requested and it took almost two weeks to get the remedial code and letter. His was also for a Still's murmur. He was required to go to a cardio for an echo. We did and everything was normal and he is now "qualified" Good luck to you!

you might want to call your Dodmerb rep and find out what remedial is requested so you can get a jump on it. If you are an academy applicant, time is becoming an issue.
 
Same here, DoDMERB portal says “remedial requested” but DS hasn’t received any request. Will it come by email or snail mail? We’ve been collecting medical records so hopefully we’ll be prepared when the request comes through!
 
The code and letter will show up on your DodMERB portal. It took exactly two weeks for my DS's to show up after the initial "remedial requested". He emailed the technician twice during that time who basically said to just keep waiting.
