Remedial- Urinalysis with microscopy?

I've received word today that I needed to have another urinalysis done, but with a microscopy. I've seen a lot in this section about urinalysises without microscopy, which is, in most cases, protein, but nothing about urinaylsis with microscopy. Does anyone know exactly what is wrong or what I need to do in order to pass? Thanks!

1. Follow the instructions
2. Reduce physical exertion for 3 days prior and drink lots of water
