Just looking for anyone with some knowledge.
If a midshipman needed to take leave of the unit for a specified amount of time, would the midshipman be allowed to rejoin NROTC. Unless leaving constitutes a DOR in which case I don't see how one would rejoin. I have heard of LOA, but that seems to apply to very rare cases.
