My son has been awarded a 4 year Army ROTC scholarship and has received a medical rejection for recurrent headaches. 
He used to have migraines, but does not have them anymore. He sees the neurologist every year to get medicine as his prescription expires but it is not used. Am I able to send in a letter attesting to this? What documentation would I need? I don't want to wait too long in finding out what else I can do in order to meet the fall requirements for school.
