You missed the point.
So you wanted to set up the blame game while the forces deal with this sort of problem and worry. The bottom line is that personal are tired/poor equipment-worn out--patch job to keep em going/ lack of confidence and this didn't happen over night. Who gets the blame and how does this get corrected?
There's a defined quitting time? This is relatively entertaining. I like hearing about how tired personnel when I see service member friends getting out on a random Friday 59 minutes early. Can't be too tired.
You called it fatique.Well, you or Stealth spell it out for me - I'm Polish. I prefer Crayon if you got it....HaHa

Ya man, how do you account for that? Don't tell em part of the 1%ers or this might happen. And notice the Govt badge. We'll get those 59ers.

Huh, I thought they retired the OH-58s.Me? Multiple.
The Air Force spent 30 years not investing in the Huey and a lot of other airframes because they were chasing the almighty stealth this and joint that, and building beautiful bases with 3-story glass walled gyms. The USAF has only themselves to thank for that.
Huh, I thought they retired the OH-58s.
Even I can't complain that much. The BUFFs, KC-135s, and some of the C-130s are even older than the Huey fleet.
We'll get those 59ers.
Ok I'll bite, What the heck is a 59er?
I went to a two week Navy EKMS school in Mayport.
I think we started a 9 am and finished by 1-2 pm.... For two weeks.
What a waste.
And no one was "working all night".
Not a real risk for our Navy friends.Devils advocate: military folks may get off work early on a Friday or finish by 1-2 PM while in training, but the following Wednesday they may just be told they're going to Asscrackistan on Friday to be shot at for 6 to 12 months... I'm ok with them having a little downtime when they can.
Back to topic of money and bases, the current administration's idea of "joint basing" does not save any money!
