I'm applying to the academy through the Early Action program and in the candidate personal data record there is a question asking you to detail any convictions or criminal activity. I submitted that I had never had a problem with the law, but then later found out that car accidents need to be reported as well. I can't alter the form once it's been submitted and lying on the form can result in dismissal from the Academy. What do I do now??

Talk to your ALO. It's probably not a big deal, and they probably know or can find out how to correct it.

I emailed him on Monday and haven't heard back

Agree with suggestion to talk to AOL

However, let me assure you that odds are 99.9 that it is not a big deal. My son, who just graduated 2014, was the cause of a minor/moderate rear end accident during his junior year of high school....and it was never an issue during the application process.

If your ALO is slow to respond, then contact your USAFA counselor!

They have pretty much all the answers; and those they don't have, they have immediate access to the folks that do have the answers!
