Submission of new information

DS has a dq on vision not correctable to 20/20. He has documentation from his optometrist, after months of eye therapy, that he has been corrected to 20/20. DS is emphatic that this information hasn’t been requested of him, and I am wondering if it can be submitted….and if so to whom?

According to DoDMERB, any information can be sent at any time. We have sent documents to update the file to the DoDMERB help desk, and they have acknowledge receipt of them.
