I applied to USMA SLE when it came out on the 1st, and I got in on the 9th. Is it usual to be accepted this quick? I also applied to USAFA and USNA Summer Seminar and still not heard back yet. Should I be worried?

I got the USMA SLE acceptance way way faster than NASS acceptance. In my experience, West Point is better than USNA in terms of applying and response to candidates.

Several students on the Forum noted invitations to SLE 2024. Your's and their's are quite early -- congratulations! NASS should start making some invitations in the latter half of February, and AFASS invitations should be later. No need to 'worry.' I remind my students that the vast majority of cadets and mids today did not attend a summer seminar as high school juniors. The programs are limited in scope. The good news is that you have initiated your applications to the different service academies. Enjoy SLE -- my students who went loved it!

Hello:
I also applied to USMA SLE, and I completed the Checklist.
I received an email from the regional administrator of USMA admissions, and contained was this information:
/*
Here are some immediate steps we'd like you to take so we can best help you complete your application.

  1. Check your physical home address and zip code at house.gov to make sure you entered the correct Congressional District on your application.
  2. If you entered your high school counselor's information when opened your application, follow up with them to ensure they send us a SIGNED official copy of your high school transcripts through your junior year (11th grade). If you did not enter your counselor's information, you may submit a SIGNED official copy yourself in the application portal.
  3. Send OFFICIAL copies of your standardized test scores. West Point's school codes are SAT - 2924 and ACT - 2976. PSAT and Pre-ACT are only valid for Summer Leaders Experience. To complete your application to West Point, you will need to submit OFFICIAL scores from the SAT or ACT Plus Writing. Send scores to West Point directly from the SAT/ACT websites using the codes above, or if your school counselor has access to your complete score report, they can send the score report directly to West Point themselves. Note that scores printed on your school transcript are not considered official.

I did not input a high school counselor, and I did upload a signed transcript into the program during the application. However, do they want me to upload another signed transcript into the "Miscellaneous" category?
I also submitted SAT scores several months ago, so that should not be a problem.
If anyone knows what is required at this point, help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
