Hello all!
First off thank you all for your help!
Currently I am a contracted AS100, and I absolutely love AFROTC and my detachment. However I am not as in love with engineering...I'm working very hard and passing, but not doing super great...I will have above a 3.0, but once again I just don't feel that much passion for my classes. I majored in engineering because I thought it was what I wanted to do; I did not do it for the scholarship.
Anyhow, I'm thinking about switching to political science, as I am quite fantastic with the humanities/social sciences and know I would do very well and have lots of interest in it...however I know there's no way I could keep my scholarship if I did that right? Even though I am in state, quite frankly I really couldn't afford to be here without the scholarship...does anyone have any advice on what I should do/can do? I was thinking about just going to the university closer to my home as I've finished all I can at a community college in terms of a poly sci degree...I would unfortunately have to leave AFROTC for financial reasons.
Thanks again for the advice.
