Teacher recommendation email not received

One of my DSs teacher recommendation emails was not received and he neds to figure out how to get that to him. The teacher has checked his spam folders and there's nothing. There's a possibility that the email was wrong, but there doesn't seem to be a way to see that.

Does my son just need to call West Point admissions to get that resent?

You can resend the email by clicking on the green thing that's next to the Recommendation Letters Pending sign.
