Just wondering if and what others are doing to recognize their MOCs for giving them a nomination. How about your liaison officers? Are people sending thank you notes? Just trying to figure out what I should suggest to my son.

Son sent thank you notes to both Senator and Congressman. Also, to Congressman's service academy administrator, because she was sooo helpful!

My son sent hand written mailed thank you notes to MOC and to those who wrote letters when he finished the initial process. When he pushed the "I accept" button on his USMA portal last night he sent less formal notes of appreciation and to let those people who helped him know that he had accepted an appointment to USMA.
