I am going to be attending The Citadel this fall and have a question about the shoes. What kind of brand should I get? People told me just bring one pair of shoes because it is not worth buying two. Should I buy cross training shoes or running shoes? I want to weight lift still if I can able to but not with running shoes. Will I be running enough to make the running shoes worth buying over cross training? And sorry for my English it's not my first language
