rj, have you asked your guidance office if they sent everything? And have you asked the teacher if he/she sent in the evaluation? Teachers have been known to procrastinate...just be sure everything from your end has been done.

I personally made sure that each teacher was given each form, that I received each form properly sealed and signed and marked, and that I gave my guidance everything a good 3 weeks before the deadline(forms, addresses, numbers, checklist etc, you name it I got it). the English teacher evaluation
I know for sure was given, my English teacher I would say has the highest hopes for me to get in and said he was more than honored evaluate for me.

I personally won't feel too bad if it is not received, although a bit harder on the wait, but I still have the normal process to go for, and now will know exactly what they do and don't have(also to mention I caught a mistake in my transcript(a few clubs left out and years so I have an updated and corrected transcript and new evaluation and everything on standby from guidance along with standby with forms for my english teacher.)) I seem to have the worst of luck with all these college forms, but they can't keep me down:thumb:

I'll bet the USCGA has everything, it just has not shown up on your official admissions page. Sounds like you have assured that everthing was sent. You even have backups ready to go if needed. Good job. Sorry we cannot make the wait shorter for you!

Test Scores, etc

Could people who are getting appointments please make quick mention of test scores, extracuriculars, etc? Whether they attended aim or not? Thanks, still trying to gauge how strong my son is. Congrats to all!

I wasn't sure to make a new thread or use this one.... but anyhow

I hate guidance..

They messed up my application to the CGA, and it was too late to correct anything before the deadline. I contacted my admission officer after a few days ago, when I saw the status change on the CGA website for my application. Apparently guidance sent my math instructor evaluation instead of my English instructor evaluation, so they received two maths instead of one each. So I missed out on the early action. The good news is that the admission officer, Lt. Northrop, did assure me that my application would be one of the first that they review for regular admission. I'm just not happy at guidance.
