The thing too understand is that DoDMERB DQs, and the branches waive. Thus, if the Army waives, but you are applying for the Navy than it is going to be a moot question.

In the end you will just have to go through the waiver process (if requested by the branch) because many waivers are also case by case since everyone's case will be unique to that candidate.
