Hey fellow Mailman Stalkers! To help pass the time, take a listen (or read it if you cannot bear the incredibly slow, and sometimes sleep inducing tone of Gen McArthur's voice). I came across this speech when helping my youngest son work on his Citizenship in the Nation Merit Badge for scouts. I was moved to tears, listening to this decorated (albeit kinda crazy!) old horse talk about "Duty, Honor, Country", the code of the USMA. The speech was given to the Corp of Cadets at Westpoint as he accepted the Sylvanus Thayer Award. Moving indeed, and you fellow parents of Cadets-to-Be (hopefully), will appreciate the sentiments expressed in the speech. It's about 30 minutes long, so grab a cup of coffee and enjoy. It will make you proud that your child is choosing to serve.

Have a great day and may the mailman bring SOMEONE good news please!
