Talk to your cadre, see a doctor, get it fixed, and once you return to unlimited activity, you should be fine. You will be put on what is called "Medical Recheck Status" or MRS, which basically means that you are injured and DoDMERB needs to review your case again once you are healed before you can return to full participation in ROTC. As long as you're healed fine, you shouldn't have an issue. Again, go talk to your cadre. They have done this before and know how the process works. Make sure you keep them updated and feed them any test results, Dr's notes, etc.
