Not sure where this questions goes, but this looked like the most appropriate location. This section doesn't get much foot traffic though so hopefully someone stumbles upon it....anyway for the questions...

I was appointed to USAFA and completed BCT but then transferred after my first semester(Biggest mistake of my life, I know...). I'm now looking into possibly commissioning into the ANG, or enlisting if there are no slots open for officers at my local detachment. I was just curious to know if BCT will satisfy basic training requirement if I end up enlisting. I know I have to go to BOT no matter what if I can get a commission, I'm curious about the enlisted side though. Thanks a bunch I really appreciate any one who may have an answer or could point me in the right direction.

Either way you will go for training.

Perhaps the ANG can give you their own take on this? Seems like they'll still make you do it, especially if it has been several years.
