Trouble accessing website

Just a general question to other applicants: has anyone else had trouble logging in to the DoDMERB website?

I was notified that I received an AROTC scholarship on Dec. 18 and was told to follow a link and create a DoDMERB account. I keep trying, but I still get a message that no profile exists for my SSN or DOB.

I sent emails to the webmaster and AROTC, but still nothing has happened.
So... I'm just wondering if anyone who has been successful in doing this could provide any insight into the process.

DODMERB is closed until 4 Jan 2010.

It usually takes a couple weeks for the ROTC program to send your information to DODMERB. New Year's complicates this.
