For those of you who attended the Parent Leaders Conference this past April at West Point, Major Kennedy is one of the leaders who led a discussion during the TAC session that was on the agenda.

Once I learned this, the impact was even more personal to me and my wife.

Here's hoping that this loss is minimal or non-existent in the coming years.

Our prayers and support to his family, friends, and colleagues.

Ultimate Sacrifice - Major Thomas Kennedy

I believe this is the second this week. My prayers and thoughts are with his entire family. My God hold him, in the palm of his hand.

    God Bless and God Speed.

He is the 88th graduate killed by hostile fire since 2001. Sadly, we will most certainly top 100.

May he rest in peace. Tears in my eyes as I stare at the lovely photo of him and his family. The words 'ultimate sacrifice' don't even scatch the surface.
