Updating the Candidate Portal

Dear forum, I need to add my work experience on to the portal, and the admissions team has a link to click, that allows you to email them. I've done this twice but my email server, responds that the email did not go through. Is this a problem with the link or my email? I also tried calling but with no response. Any advice?

Have you tried emailing your RC directly?
 
I used to have the same problem. Many time I would send my information to that link, and when I had my interview with my admissions rep, they had said that they never received any of my information. So, I contacted my RC, and told him my situation and he gave me an email of my regional technician (very different from the portal email) and I quickly got a response and have been using this email to update my file ever since. Good luck!
 
They've added an upload document page to the cadet portal. My son just recently uploaded his employment verification form or whatever it's called. When you log into the portal, just read the updates, it explains how that all works.
