Has any USCGA 2016 appointees recieved their respective Acceptance Packages (grey envelops) in the mail and if so when?

I got the phone call last Friday and the BFE this Thursday.
 
Accession paperwork

My initial inqury was concerning reciept of accession paperwork, Reporting-In-Day instructions, 2016 Cadet hanbook, dental records, immunization records, ect... for 2016 USCGA appointees that are already submitted their signed Acceptance and Obligation forms.

My son was accepted EA in December. We received one BFE, completed and returned. Have not recieved anything further. When might he expect this other envelope?
 
I believe that they are still finalizing everything and still obtaining pieces of the package. :)
