Does anyone know what the academy stores hours are? The exchange and the regular store or where I can find them online?

Time to shop for my "dress whites" finally!

From the CGA web site:

Gift Shop/The Exchange: This large, centrally located campus general store offers a broad variety of goods. Offerings include Coast Guard and Academy branded clothes, souvenirs and marine-themed collectibles. Open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. For further questions, call (860) 441-8491.

I'm not POSITIVE but whites can more commonly be purchased through the Navy. The Coast Guard has different buttons.

Don't shop at CGA for uniform items, check out the Coast Guard Uniform Distribution Center, in Woodbine, NJ. That's where the entire Coast Guard purchases its uniforms from.
