R3AP3R1212, I am too. I am staring at my mailman outside waiting for him to get to my house. I guess we who are in districts where the congressman offers competitive rather than a principal nomination will just have to wait for our BFE to arrive instead of a phone call.

Yea must be, I have not seen anyone get accepted from Oklahoma yet. My mail already came and nothing. So, hopefully monday, I might explode if it is not here then.

Vacancy winners on a competitive slate can get MOC calls too.
West Point notifies them who won the slot and then the MOC has 72 hours to personally tell them the news.
Not all MOCs will call so don't despair if you haven't received a call.
My understanding is if you only have a Presidential nom then no MOC notification since they didn't nominate you.
 
Thanks, but I have not heard anything about people in my district getting calls and since four out of the like five or six go to my school I dont think anyone has gotten a call. Do you know if you get nominated through JROTC if they tell your instructors to tell you.

I'm not sure, but I've only heard of them giving that courtesy to MOCs.
 
Nothing in Tennessee. I went out and greeted my mailman (well mailwoman, but I don't know if that's the correct terminology), and unfortunately didn't receive anything today. Let's see what Monday has in store for us.
 
Just got BFE in mail!!!! This is the greatest feeling I can remember. So excited for July 1!!!!!

Hey if you are listed as fully qualified and have been for months what are your chances of getting a BFE in this first wave.

I know this has been posted before, but it seems like a good time to put up last year's statistics.... being 3Q'd and Nominated gives you about a 45% chance; although this doesn't reflect the kids who were offered and turned down the appointment.
