USMA Requested Waiver - Aug 3rd.

I had submitted the supporting doc before AMI, but haven't heard anything back for over a month.

I haven't heard anything for 2 months now, if you want to ask for a status update your DD should contact admissions as DoDMERB no longer has any control over the waivers.

DoDMERB doesn’t have any part in the actual waiver decision. It’s in the hands of the medical review authority at the commissioning source now.
However, what will happen is the commissioning source will indicate their decision in your DD’s DoDMERB account. The commissioning sources have access to that part of the DoDMERB portal to hit the appropriate button to annotate the status.
If you want the decision, keep checking the DoDMERB or commissioning source portal.
However, as someone else mentioned earlier, I’d check 90-120 days after all the AMIs were submitted. Unfortunately, it’s not a quick process.
My DS has been in the waiver process for USAFA since early September. He received a request for AMI yesterday. He had already gathered what he thought they would need and sent it to DoDMERB on the same day. Today he received approval of his waiver in less than 24 hours. However, he's had a waiver request pending at USMA for a month with no request for AMI or updates.

DS is still waiting since the Waiver request dated 8/25 from USMA.
