great news for USMMA...and, if you love the sport, you have to like what Coach Garriques is doing with his Centenary team too. The guy seems to have a knack for making everyone around him better no matter where he is.

Wrestling Match Versus Nassau Today has Been Postponed

KINGS POINT, N.Y. - Due to the deteriorating weather conditions and forecast for tomorrow in the New York metropolitan area, the wrestling match between the United States Merchant Marine Academy and Nassau Community College has been postponed for January 26, 2011. Please continue to check www.usmmasports.com for when the dual will be re-scheduled.

Head Coach Greg Ilaria and the Mariners are slated for action on Sunday, as they host a Conference Quad at 11:00 a.m.
