If you believe the letters of recommendation will provide additional (different) information from your application that would explain who you are (character, leadership skills, ethics, etc.) then another one or two won't hurt. However, the key is that it needs to be another data point for Admissions. For example, if you were really religious and did a lot of events/activities (in which you demonstrated some leadership/organizational skills) with your faith, a letter from the religious leader (who best knew you) might help bolster your application and give Admissions a different viewpoint of who you are. Once again, sending numerous extra letters is probably not a good idea (one or two is probably the right number).
Edit: Clergy members and employers are probably not bad choices if they meet the above criteria.
