When it asks (for waitlist) about stuff dodmerb should know about since time of exam, should I mention that I had the flu and was on an inhaler for a couple of weeks (am off of it now, no complications and fully recovered)

I appreciate the note. Perhaps we set our expectations too high given the principal nomination. We were under the impression that principal nominees generally get an offer if they’re qualified. His portal indicated he was 2Q and we were optimistic he had enough other positive attributes (Eagle Scout, National Youth Leadership Training, captain of year-round club swim team, challenging academics, solid ACT, etc.) to push him across the finish line. We’d love to understand what put him behind others in his slate without the principal nom, but realize we’re not going to get those answers. He’s grateful to still be in the fight, even if it’s hard to feel grateful in the moment. Looks like he’s in good company this evening.

So true. And now they are not even hitting their own deadline of the 15th and dragging these kids out even longer. It's not a good look.

I've been less vocal but still traveling with all of you. DS has been in the same boat as many others - pending since Dec. with everything turned in and just waiting. Same silence that has been discussed here multiple times. DS just got the congressman call about 30 minutes ago. Not counting any chickens, but looks like his wait is over. I'm pulling for all of you (especially you @anom) and just sending this out to help you all KEEP THE FAITH...appointments are still trickling out as well - I will keep all fingers crossed for the rest of you waiting.
