TD/TWE. It's a relief to know, at least, and incredibly motivating. Time to pass the checkride, finish out the school year strong, prep for another round of SATs/ACTs, keep working out and kick some serious butt for a year in college. Application cycle 2 will soon be upon us.

I’m sorry to hear that. Wishing you well. What is your Plan B?

Virginia Tech or St. Mary's College of Maryland, leaning toward SMCM even despite the lack of a ROTC program. I'm somewhat nervous that I'd be shooting myself in the foot by not going with a ROTC option, but on the other hand I know there are a lot of excellent opportunities for me at St. Mary's. I'll be reapplying to USNA and USCGA, and I'm putting a lot of thought toward applying to USAFA as well.

A lot of very good and exciting things await no matter where I end up.

My DS has 2 noms...1400 SAT (700/700)/ 31 ACT...multiple leadership positions including JROTC....track athlete........Inspire/ NASS.....still pending.....Best of luck to you.....congrats on still being here
