Link to story at Navy Times.

Maybe the part in red explains some of the recent issues in King Hall. :yllol:

Personally, I don't remember seeing her that much but I remember her name from all the e-mails we got last year apologizing for King Hall screwing up the menu or giving us small serving sizes or something like that over and over again.

Hopefully that does not become a "proud" tradition....the "benefit" of a close proximity to the US capital?

Scandal or liaising with Washington elites...that is the question.

"While at the academy, Navy officials say, Dickinson worked as food services officer, responsible for feeding more than 4,000 midshipmen each day, from 2004 until 2007."

"according to records provided by Navy Personnel Command. The officer said Dickinson’s decision might have been motivated by financial issues — she had filed for bankruptcy in the months before she responded to an advertisement placed by Palfrey in a local newspaper"

What I don't understand is what a person who filed for bankruptcy is during employed by the government as a Supply Officer, managing funds and obviously supplies. As finacial status affects security clearances, is it not also good practice not to have a bankrupt person managing Navy funds?
