Waiver Process similar for NROTC + USNA?

Hey, I was disqualified for an eye related issue (nearsightedness).

I already received a waiver from USNA, but recently my NROTC application entered into the system and got disqualified as well. Are my chances for getting an NROTC waiver good if I was able to get one for USNA?

I think they have the same agency that grants waivers, but talk to Larry Mullen.
