What do you mean by "everything thing else im very strong in though"?

"Next, consider whether you meet the basic eligibility requirements. Those who have achieved SAT scores greater than 1000 or ACT composite score of 20 or higher, and achieved average grades or better in high school are especially encouraged to apply." - USMA Admissions Page

That being said, it seems as if you are on the fence for this, but you should still be academically qualified (if your GPA and class rank are part of the "very strong" category). Hopefully you do better on your SAT, because my RC told me that they will use the stronger standardized test score as part of the WCS.

As for your chances, my OPINION is that you'll still be considered for direct appointment and fall into Prep School if not. But then again, I don't know what your "very strong" category consists of.
