Well I'm filling out the questionnaire for a future class (2015).
I'm sure many of you know about the ethnicity option.

I was born in the Chuvashia Republic of Russia; this makes me Chuvash which is a people of about 900,000. They have a set of customs, traditions, and roots different than other Russians. I am of the Caucasian race.
There are three options on the list which may fit: "Other", "Unknown", and "Not associated with any ethnic group".

Any help on choosing the correct option would be appreciated.

    I would just put "other."
Nothing to stress about -- it doesn't really matter that much.
I think I actually put "prefer not to answer" on mine.

Actually that is not "Other", that is Caucasian. You are Eastern European and that is usually considered Caucasian. If you speak Russian, you could stress that as your first language, if it's what your parents speak.

There was an option for race and I put Caucasian.
The ethnicity option had mainly tribal and minority options, such as Cuban, Aleut, Eskimo, Japanese, Micronesian, etc.
