During my DS Freshman college year he applied to a SA, but did not get an admissions offer. Meanwhile, his AFROTC unit nominated him for a 3.5 year scholarship, which he won, retroactive to the start of Spring semester.
If he decided to reapply to the same or different SA again this admissions cycle, is he in a position to be able to pursue that and an ROTC nomination from his honor unit? If accepted by an SA, do I assume correctly that he/we would have to repay tuition and stipend paid to him YTD by AF?
