Wisdom teeth

During my medical history, I listed that I would be getting my wisdom teeth removed at the end of this month. I already had all of my exams and have been deemed qualified. I had the actual surgery two day ago so do I still need to notify dodmerb that it took place?

I think you should let DoDMERB know that you had your wisdom teeth out and how it went. Better to be safe than sorry!
