Failed again. Not even one right. I knew one topic but there were many words (in my mind at least) that fit. This may be my last day of trying. Donโt feel Iโm getting anything out of it other than frustration.
My suggestions...
1. Look for verb within more familiar nouns. Yesterday had sock. Its easy to get stuck assuming it is a sock vs to sock.
2. Make sure all 4 match same parts of speech and general tone. (Happy, Elated, Thrilled, Mad, Bliss, Lovely, Excited) Mad would work for 4 emotions, but it is wrong tone. Bliss and lovely work for tone but different part of speech. As a bad example...)
3. Try to guess the purple one. Generally it will be something that either is about the letters, the sound of the word, adding something, etc and not the definition.
4. Once you have 4 you think, try to see if a 5th might also work.
5. Look for words that generally have no other meaning or usage, etc. The other day "Dada" was a word. There may be other usages, but the only one I could think of was a word for father. That got me looking for other similar types. Had I started with Mum or Poppy, it could have led me to trying Iris and Rose as a flower.
Good luck. so far, I like this one better than wordle. And definitely better than their crossword.
