I just got off the phone with a wife of Daniel Hansen Class of 1952-B. She called after she saw a newspaper article that was in the May 10, 2009 issue of the Connecticut Post. It was amazing to get this call she congradulaed me and went on to tell me of her late husbands career in the Merchant Marine.

I wanted to share this felling with all of you.
 
It's a really close family you are joining. You will be amazed at what can happen, just as with this.
 
True dat 01!! I too was amazed when random people showed up at our house to congratulate our son on his appointment in 08. One of the parents who showed up son is now one of the CO's at KP.....very small world and when the KP folks say welcome to the family, they really mean it, as you see and will find out even more.
