wrong link sent to PFE

My DS PFE admin was not sent the link to report his numbers. Instead, it seemed like a recommendation link (from what the PFE described). This is the only thing needed to complete the application and DS is stressing out. Can't get in touch with his Admissions Officer. Help!

I would recommend that he checks his application to make sure that he selected the category of PFE administrator. If he didn’t and the recommendation is not complete he can delete and reenter. I know my DS PFE admin stayed that he was allowed to complete a recommendation as well as submit PFE scores.
