Most likely an error on their side. If your TD, its dang near impossible to get back in the game.

I wouldn’t worry about the cause - human error, a programming glitch, whatever. It appears to have been corrected quickly, and hopefully there are some offers coming.
 
For all those appointed did your portal go from Pending to CPR? Did anyone who received a TWE have CPR show on their portal prior to the TWE?

Usually, appointments/prep come after the CPR button is shown. TWE’s tend to come straight after pending. No CPR

Gulp!!! Well folks it’s the end of a two year saga. My DS just called with the Turn Down. 😳 It has been wonderful to have this SAF family of supporters to turn to for advice. I will say, I am excited for all of the appointments and I am here if you need any advice. My DS knew there was a slim chance at getting an appointment being color blind…but he persevered anyway and applied and then reapplied again this year. He was on the waitlist last year and his waiver was denied. This year a turn down. He will continue on pursuing his Engineering degree at Pitt with the Steel City NROTC as a Marine Option and commission with the Marine Corps in three years! He loves the unit and I already know a few of you that will be joining his unit next year. I will be bummed for only a minute because I know he’s off to do great things. And that’s just the thing…these kids are already incredible and the Plans B-D are only going to open even more opportunities beyond their wildest imaginations. Good luck to you all…my DS won’t be reapplying next year, but I might check in on the reapplicants next year. I have a soft spot in my heart for those that try and try again. GO NAVY!!!!

Aw man! One of the Hopefuls. I am sorry. Once again, grace and class. Your Son will do great things. One thing I do know about the USMC it's really small, you may be surprised how small. I'll betcha one day down the road, if our DS's stay the course, maybe they'll laugh about us on the SAF in the fleet. Good luck to your DS and your family. Thank you for being a part of it all.

Thank you for your response. I am sorry to hear that your DS did not receive the news you were hoping for. Wishing them much success in the future. They got this far, so they have a bright future ahead.

Exact same situation for us! DS has been DQed since September with no waiver requested .. but still pending. Very weird! I think it will switch from disqualified to waiver pending before anything else happens (aside from a TD of course) but would love to hear from others!
