Just prepping the kids for the military lifestyle!! Hurry up and wait! Orders get issued and you have 2 weeks to move across the country with your family, you plan your full move and orders change… don’t make plans you can’t cancel. 😂😂😂 Thankfully my kids grew up with the lifestyle and are used to it.
 
question for those who have received changes in your portal - are you also emailed that there is a change? I know My candidate is not checking all the time and usually waits for emails.

Great question, I am sure my DS is also looking for emails, not regularly checking the portal.
 
portal status change (from pending to CPR) does not need candidates action -- it is transition state. so no emails are needed. However if it comes appointment or something else that need candidates to react (accept or decline) then there must be an email.

Status change to TD will also be followed by an email -- to notify the candidate, your game is over -:)
