I am currently a junior and have recently picked my class schedule for next year. I understand that the Academy will look at the rigor of my class schedule and also look at which classes I take compared to what my school offers.
But will they see that due to conflicting schedules I was not able to take certain classes? For example at my school Physics and AP Chem are offered the same period forcing me to choose one, when I would like to take both. And will they take note that my school doesn't offer as many AP classes that other candidates were able to take? ( like AP Computer Science/AP Physics/ AP Caculus BC)
I will graduate with taking 7 out of the 9 AP classes my school offers, and 2 are classes that have just been introduced not allowing me to take them.
I just want to make sure I am not at a disadvantage due to what my school offers.
