As far as I know, you have to pull over still, I think you may only have to sit quietly in your vehicle until the end now though - safety issue I think.

Hey guy. I have an interesting question. When I was AD and the colors were being retired at the end of the day, when you heard Taps, the proper etiquette (if you are in a vehicle) was to pull to the side of the road, get out and salute until the last note. Do you know if that's still done?
