Legacy,
I am going to change the direction of this conversation for a moment. I don't know how dedicated you are to working out, but I am going to assume that you are very dedicated.
What is your desired AFSC?
If it is UPT, than start thinking about the fact that your workout regimen will probably need to change due to time constraints. Daily schedules are starting as early as 6 a.m., fly/Sim/academics until 5-6. Get home eat dinner, study/mission plan/ chair fly for hours. Go to bed, repeat. Monday through Friday, except Friday you knock it off from studying after your day until Sunday afternoon. DS has had Sims once at his airframe school house at 3 a.m., He just showed up last month at his op. Base and had a Sim on Saturday at 6 p.m.
Raimius has a great blog (his signature line has a link to it). It will give you true insight to what your daily life will be like from IFS through UPT.
Just saying, that you might want to rethink your training schedule and supplements if rated is your goal because if selected come next year they will send you to WPAFB for your FAA flight physical, and as stated it might create an issue for urine analysis.
~ When DS was at UPT he had at least two no notice go pee in a cup test. It is random, you just walk into the squadron that a.m. and they say....go to this address. You get there and they say....test time!
Not saying give it up, just saying long term your current training may not be complimentary to your life as an ADAF officer.
