Hi guys! I'm new to this forum but just have a question. I am really interested in being an intelligence officer ( I'm a junior in college now and will be graduating in a little more than a year. May 2018). I read online that if you do any kind of ROTC you cant go into intel and the only way you can be an intel officer is through OCS, is that true? Is there NO way I can do rotc and do intel after graduation?
I also heard that ROTC people get first pick on commissions and stuff before OCS. Is that true?
At my school they only have ROTC army but a friend of mine that goes to a different school said that if you don't sign a contract during rotc you can go into another branch and that you arent stuck with the rotc you were in. Is that true?
