If we get accepted for NAPS or Prep School, do we post it on this thread or no?

What does CPR mean? I'm assuming fully qualified with a nomCongratulations all the above.
My son still CPR.
I just wonder approximately how many appointment so far?
I think I read somewhere this forum about 10% of appointments posted it here......
Historically, about 10% of appointments are posted here but, as the USNA does not provide "real time" admission statistics, there is really no way to determine how many offers have been released to date for the Class of 2023.
To all of those currently on CPR status -- you are still in the game. Try to relax, enjoy your senior year, and give your mom a hug (just stay out of trouble ).

Complete Pending Review From what I gather from others on this forum it means your file is complete and waiting for a review/decision by the USNA.What does CPR mean? I'm assuming fully qualified with a nomCongratulations all the above.

Ok, how about we do what bored Surface Warriors and Naval Aviators do best (and possibly Submariners, but those are a different breed of cat and I’ve actually never met any):
We crank up the BS and speculation machine!
Here goes:
Estimated 2023 class size: 1150
+Appointments offered above class size assumptions: 150 (anyone know the historical Appointment acceptance rate?)
Total Appointments = 1300
Total declared to date on the forum = 95
Assume 10% of total Appointments offered to date are declared on the forum, so appointments offered to date = 950
Total Appointments to be offered for class of 2023 = 1300
Minus Assumed appointments offered to date of 950 = 350 Appointments remaining to award
I read on the boards that something like 240 Appointments go to NAPS students in April, so,
350 remaining Appointments to go minus 240 for NAPS = 110 Appointments left for the non-NAPS or “CPR with Nom” players
If this bald faced WAG is correct, the fine folks in admissions are already well into the 150 Appointment NWL, and the lights are starting to dim as we move toward last call.

Okay, so I am confused by this, why then are we told that the majority of the appointments go out by mid-March? Based on what you are "spelling out here", the majority is already said and done!? This is very discouraging!!!!!!
I was discouraged by this post, too. It’s all speculation. Lots more to go, so I am going to shake it off and keep the faith. Until my DD gets a TWE, she still in it.Ok, how about we do what bored Surface Warriors and Naval Aviators do best (and possibly Submariners, but those are a different breed of cat and I’ve actually never met any):

USNA Class of 2023 Appointments:
Thanks to EVERYONE known and unknown to me who has contributed on this forum to this moment for our family.
DONT be discouraged. This is all speculation. Inferences. From a subset of the entire population, which we don't know. It's also a whole different year than years past. And there are a whole lot of 'ifs' in the analysis. Could be spot on, could be spot off. We don't know. A person could run all the numbers and statistically fall into a predicted "TWE" category. And then receive an appointment! My mantra is you don't know what you don't know. And if you receive an offer of appointment, its 100 pct. If you don't, its 0 pct. So try and go about your days. And not worry!! You will know when it's your time to know. Then you know!Ok, how about we do what bored Surface Warriors and Naval Aviators do best (and possibly Submariners, but those are a different breed of cat and I’ve actually never met any):

The anticipation is difficult. But necessary.

I wouldn't be. Not many TWE to applicants who were CPR have gone out. It's not a no until it's a no. The waiting is killing me too but if the academy is the goal, you'll end up there one way or another.

putting a positive spin on this then:
if there are 110 spots left and 10% are on this board, then 11 of us CPR with a NOM could be in. in the last checkin there were only 16 left so thats pretty good odds!
I'm still CPR. Trying to stay hopeful!Who else is CPR on this?Ok, how about we do what bored Surface Warriors and Naval Aviators do best (and possibly Submariners, but those are a different breed of cat and I’ve actually never met any):
