Please excuse me, for I am new to this forum and I am hoping someone can provide constructive criticism if need be. I just took the CFA and was curious if I should still train or if these scores would suffice.
Basketball Throw- 77 feet
Cadence Pull-ups- 5
Shuttle Run- 8.42
Modified Sit-ups- 93
Push-ups- 65
One-Mile Run- 6:26.95
I am worried that my pullups might be too low, if not I'd like to submit them tomorrow within the allotted time period. Any help/suggestions are very much so appreciated!
